Designed to look like an ordinary mattress and base, the Ergo Adjust Lo Lo bed offers all the functions of a hospital bed plus more in a compact design. It can restore a client’s ability to safely get in and out of bed completely or with minimal support, allowing them to take a more active role again in life and movement.
The key benefits of this lo-lo bed is that it allows you to raise the bed at the head while offering a flat sleeping surface, allowing people with breathing difficulties a good nights sleep. The lo-lo also allows the foot end of the frame to be lowered while the head is raised giving the user easier access to the bed, and less physical strain on carers.
The lo-lo bed is ideal for wheelchair transitions as the base lowers to the floor as well as a Trendelenburg function to assist with hypertensive issues (should be only used in consultation with advice from your doctor).
