Returns Policy
Please select your items carefully.
Goods supplied in accordance with a buyer’s online order or purchased after viewing available items within a store or following a phone consultation can only be returned with the express approval of the seller, noting if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it, no refund or return will be approved by Mobiquip Australia. This complies with ACCC guidelines.
To limit hygiene control and cross infection issues, our returns policy does not allow
for the return of personal use products.
We do not offer returns on certain items, such as custom made or altered items, furniture (including riser recliner/lift chairs, hospital and home care beds, power chairs and mobility scooters), personal care items, patient lifters or products which have been specifically ordered for you (e.g. pressure care hosiery).
For equipment hire - while you are welcome to return equipment prior to the due date, no refund will be provided for returning equipment prior to the end of the hire term.
Returns Process
Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of shipping and the original invoice number must be quoted and provided upon request. Where goods are accepted for returns (for credit or refund at the sellers’ discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer’s expense into the seller’s store or warehouse in brand new condition and properly packaged. 'Returned products are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach the seller. The seller shall not be responsible form is directed shipments or products lost or damaged in transit.
If a product shows signs of having been opened, no credit or refund will be issued.
The seller reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against all returns the seller may agree to accept. This fee is 20% of the invoice price and will be levied at the seller’s absolute discretion.
Consumer Guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items and services purchased from Mobiquip. These rights are not impacted by our returns policy.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied
by satisfactory proof of purchase.
